Deborah De Santis

• Master of Arts (Journalism)
• Graduate, Australian Institute of Company Directors

Deborah is a senior executive and company director with more than 30 years’ experience in communications, marketing, crisis management and stakeholder engagement. As Executive General Manager – Customer and People, she leads IRT’s Communications & Marketing, Customer Relations & Sales, People & Culture and IRT Academy teams.

Prior to joining IRT in 2015, Deborah was a public relations and marketing consultant providing strategic advice to high profile Illawarra businesses across a broad range of sectors. She has also held senior leadership roles in the manufacturing and mining industries.

Deborah is a former Director of Illawarra Business Chamber and has been a Director of Illawarra Credit Union since 2014.
