Everyone that’s part of our team plays a vital role in supporting and enriching the lives of our customers and residents.
Our aged care employees provide personal, physical and emotional support and care to our residents who require assistance with daily living in our aged care centres.
Home care employees assist our residents with their daily care needs and domestic duties in accordance with their care plan.
Our registered nurses provide clinical care and help support and enrich the lives of our residents and customers.
As part of our catering team, you’ll be working in a team that produces around 52,000 home-style, nutritious meals each week.
Our maintenance and facilities management team take care of maintaining our sites, ensuring they meet our staff and residents’ needs.
Our Customer Service team is the first point of contact for all our customer enquiries, and ensure our customers’ needs are met and their questions are answered.
Our team play a part in supporting our aged care, retirement village and home care teams. Our corporate service roles include; Finance, IT, Marketing and Human Resources.
Our trainers and educators play a key role within the Learning and Development team and ensure the successful on-boarding and ongoing progression of new team members.
