We recognise that everyone’s needs are different and when it comes to maintaining independence at home your own individual plan is essential. Before you start receiving home care one of our experienced Customer Relationship Managers will meet with you to understand your needs and your individual goals.

Together you and the Customer Relationship Manager will develop the care plan that’s right for you; a plan that gives you choice and control to maintain your independence.

You may already know exactly what you need but may be unaware of the full range of services available. Our Customer Relationship Manager will help you with that information. They have the skills, knowledge, competencies and experience to develop the best care plan for you incorporating services to meet your needs and additional service to enhance your overall health and wellbeing.

Did you know for example that we can help you access allied health services like physiotherapy, podiatry and speech pathology or simply helping with your home safety repairs and modifications (like making sure your smoke detector works).  

The list of services we can help you with is wide and varied. Your needs combined with our knowledge will ensure a comprehensive plan of care and services is provided by our home care team. Our focus is to give you choice and control so that you can maintain your independence.
