Is there a Criteria for Entry?

One of the most important criteria to work with older Australians is having a heart for the job. It is equally challenging and fantastically rewarding.

All applicants will undertake an online culture/industry fit assessment, phone screen and reference check to gain entry into the boot camp training program.
