At IRT Academy we offer a range of nationally accredited qualifications, skill sets and short courses.  We also offer non-accredited short courses.

Qualifications

Our qualifications are recognised nationally.  From Certificate III level through to Diploma, our full qualifications are available with a blended delivery model including; face to face classes, virtual learning, self-directed experiences and on the job practice and assessment.

Skill sets

Skill sets include accredited unit/s of competency that target a specific skill area.  We offer a range of skill sets including; medication assistance, entry to care roles, dementia support and palliative care.  These market leading learning programs include a blend of online learning, video instruction, virtual classes, on the job practice and assessments.

Short courses

Including both accredited and non-accredited offerings, our short courses are targeted to specific skills such as; First Aid and diabetes support.

This really depends on what you choose to study as it varies a lot from course to course. For example, the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) takes up to 12 months to complete, while our Assist Clients with Medication course takes less than a couple of days.
