You’ll feel at home at IRT Five Islands

Our aged care centre offers professional personalised care in modern surroundings. Choose from a range of spacious ensuite rooms or experience specialised dementia and palliative care in a secure environment. 

Our rooms are fully furnished and complete with a HiLo bed, wardrobe and emergency call button. Our experienced staff and registered nurses are on hand 24/7 ensuring you’re comfortable and well cared for.

Enjoy our many outdoor community spaces to unwind and bask in the sun or get a little exercise, including the secure dementia garden. There’s also a number of on-site features like the BBQ area, hairdresser and on-site clinical room for private appointments with visiting allied health professionals.

At IRT, we believe your quality of life is just as important as your personal care. Get involved in some of our many programs or activities to support your social, mental and physical wellbeing, including group exercise or games. If you have particular hobbies or interests, we’re here to help you pursue the things you enjoy. 

Get to know your neighbours over a meal in our communal dining room and discover new pastimes through our social calendar. Go on outings in the community bus or invite your family and friends to join us for special events in the community centre.
