IRT Woodlands Aged Care Centre is located in the peaceful community of Meridan Plains, nestled among the trees of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast hinterland, located within five minutes of the town centre for grocery shopping, cafes, local hospitals (public and private) and doctors.
Our modern aged care centre provides professional, personalised care with experienced staff on hand 24/7, ensuring you’re comfortable, well cared for and connected with family and friends.
Choose from a range of elegantly designed private rooms, or receive specialised dementia and palliative care in a secure environment. Each room comes complete with an ensuite and essential furniture, including a bed. For extra comfort, we also encourage our residents to personalise the suite with some of their own furniture and belongings to make it feel like home.
