Age Matters delivers positive social impact
As an initiative of IRT Group, Age Matters publishes some of our Social Impact statistics in IRT’s Annual Report.
Some of the key outcomes included providing over 2600 hours of assistance for older people at risk of homelessness last year, and assisting over 150 clients.
Importantly, the satisfaction with our service, despite operating in an extremely complex environment is high. Client outcomes relating to health, housing and wellbeing also show improvement after six months of working with us.
Our Social Impact Measurement Framework influences operational decisions regularly through our cycle of Continuous Improvement. We will be reviewing the indicators used and the relevance to all programs in 2022 to ensure we are capturing the latest evidence-backed data aligned with other service providers in the sector.
