IRT Academy, as part of the IRT Group, have been a registered training organisation since 1997, delivering accredited and non-accredited Aged and Community Care courses.
Our expert Educators have extensive experience working in the industry and training Aged and Community Care staff.
Group Head IRT Academy
Tania has worked with IRT Group since 2011 and has led IRT Academy and IRT Learning & Development for much of that time.
Tania has worked in the training space for over 20 years and understands both the needs of the Aged Care industry as well as the individuals who aspire to have a meaningful career in this rewarding space.

Trainers/Assessors
Our IRT Academy trainer/assessor team are industry experts in their own right with more than 180 years’ combined experience in the field and as educators. With strong and diverse backgrounds in aged care, home care, nursing, first aid and leadership and management, they bring their real world know-how and expertise to the student experience.
Our supportive and experienced team also includes specialists in the areas of palliative care, dementia support and medication administration and management. They possess a real passion for aged care and take great pride in developing the skills and knowledge that truly make a difference to the lives of older Australians.
