Our wellness exercise program is designed for seniors, to assist in maintaining strength, mobility and independence.
Delivered in a small and sociable group, the program offers the opportunity to participate in light activities designed to maintain strength and coordination, balance and mobility, and improve general wellbeing.
The wellness exercise program is run by experienced and qualified exercise physiologists and personal trainers who specialise in training for seniors, and focuses on your individual needs.
Your trainer will assess you at the beginning of the program, monitor your progress and make adjustments throughout, plus assesses your results and outcomes at the conclusion of the 12 week program.

The 12 week program fee is $60 per person ($5 per week) if you are eligible and approved for Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) government funding.
If you’re not eligible for CHSP funding, you can participate as a private paying customer. Enquire below for prices.
Your 12 week program fee gives you access to all training sessions, an initial assessment and regular progress tracking throughout the program by a qualified exercise physiologist.
*The program fee covers the entire 12-week program. No portion of the program fee is refundable, if you do not attend individual sessions.
