• Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants

James is an experienced business and finance executive with a background in external advisory, commercial leadership, business transformation and all financial management functions. As Executive General Manager – Finance, he and is accountable for all aspects of finance, payroll, procurement, legal, risk management and internal audit.

Before joining IRT, James worked across the financial services, health insurance and accounting sectors, where his roles revolved around leading and driving sustainable value through financial and operational excellence practices. James is Chair of UOW Pulse and represents IRT as a director in a fresh food manufacturing organisation.
